In 2007, SECURE introduced Secure Online, a web based booking system that has greatly reduced any requirement for a paper based process, therefore lowering the impact on the environment and costs to ourselves and our clients. Work is allocated via a web link from your desktop directly to a touchscreen in the valet bay. Customers select a valet code from the agreed price menu and the system provides live feedback on the status of each job along with a precise record of vehicles processed. At the end of the week an invoice is generated via a link to our office. 


Secure Online is free to clients with the requisite equipment and internet access.


Our Online system provides greater transparency of work allocation, detailed management information and allows you to control your valeting costs.

The health and safety of its workforce and that of its customers are of paramount importance to SECURE. To that end, a dedicated Health and Safety Management Team is in place to implement the relevant standards required by law.


Customer sites are regularly audited by our Operational Management and the results of these audits are fully transparent and followed up by our dedicated Audit Team & Quality Managers.


All our products are environmentally friendly and we provide all necessary COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) data sheets, risk assessments and method statements to include safe systems of work.


SECURE have a robust and tested disaster recovery plan in place should our business be affected by a disaster of any description.


In brief, the Secure Group can continue to fully operate in the event of a disaster ensuring our customers business is not compromised. A copy of our plan is available upon request.
